This program provides temporary rental assistance focused on eviction prevention or move-in expenses, which includes rent deposits. Medium-term rental subsidies consist of a deposit, rental support, and access to case management and supportive services.
Intake Procedure: For more information, visit the website or call. Referrals for medium-term rental subsidies are managed through Coordinated Entry.
Fees: There are no fees associated with the services.
Who can use this
- To qualify for all services, applicants must have an income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income; short-term assistance requires proof of need, while medium-term assistance is for those experiencing literal homelessness or at risk, with varying income eligibility.
