Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals and families with children aged 0-3, particularly those with incomes at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Additionally, children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance (such as TANF, SNAP, or SSI) qualify regardless of income. Families with higher incomes may also be considered based on specific needs, with priority given to those with greater needs.
