About this resource
The services offered include routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing tests, dental check-ups, blood pressure assessments, immunizations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health care, regular lab tests, prescription medication management, as well as health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.

Travel/Location: The School-Based Health Center (SBHC) is situated at the south-west corner of the school grounds. Access to the parking lot is available from NE Alden Ave. To reach it, proceed along NE 6th Street, take a left onto NE Alden, and then turn left into the parking area.
Fees: We accept OHP, certain private insurance plans, and provide sliding scale fees. No student will be denied service due to inability to pay.

- Children aged 0-18 and the OHP general public residing in the school district.
