About this resource
The services offered include routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental check-ups, blood pressure evaluations, immunizations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health care, routine laboratory tests, prescription medication management, and educational initiatives on health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Contact us for details or to arrange an appointment.
Travel/Location: The School-Based Health Center (SBHC) is situated in a standalone building next to Sisters High School, with parking accessible from N. Reed Street.
Fees: We accept OHP, select private insurance plans, and provide sliding scale fees. No student will be denied service due to an inability to pay.
Who can use this
- Children aged 0-18 and the general public with OHP within the school district.
