About this resource
This initiative provides temporary financial aid for rent to help prevent eviction or cover move-in costs, including security deposits. The medium-term rental subsidies consist of a deposit, ongoing rental support, and access to case management and additional services.
To apply, individuals should either visit the website or call for further details. Referrals for medium-term rental subsidies are managed through Coordinated Entry.
There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- To qualify for all services, applicants must earn at or below 80% of the Area Median Income. Short-term assistance requires proof of need, while medium-term support is for those facing literal homelessness or at risk of it, with varying income eligibility.
