Provides guidance on how to apply for SNAP (food stamps) and the Oregon Health Plan, as well as information on subsidized housing, counseling, support groups, and other local services and programs. It also manages the distribution and acceptance of applications for the Lions Club Sight and Hearing Program, which offers vision and hearing tests, glasses, and hearing aids to low-income individuals lacking other means to obtain these services. Additionally, it handles applications for dental clinics catering to low-income individuals without dental insurance or feasible payment options for dental care.
