About this resource
This initiative features a mobile health van that provides a range of services, including: -Care for acute issues (such as minor infections, injuries, and respiratory ailments) -Testing for conditions like urinary infections, strep throat, flu, and COVID-19 -Basic wound care, which encompasses debridement, incision, and drainage -Management of chronic conditions -Support for diabetes, hypertension, and other long-term health issues -Medication management along with lab test orders -Pelvic examinations, Pap smears, and skin biopsies -Procedures for toenail issues and cerumen (earwax) removal.
Intake Process: Walk-ins are accepted, although appointments are recommended.
Fees: Dependent on the specific service provided.
