About this resource
The Oregon Reproductive Health (RH) Program manages a statewide network of certified healthcare providers to facilitate access to a range of reproductive health services, which include preventive care, preconception, and contraception. Offered services encompass annual gynecological exams (such as pap tests, breast examinations, and STI screenings), pregnancy testing, birth control counseling, various contraceptive options, emergency contraception, abortion referrals, and obstetrics and gynecology care.

Fees: No charge for individuals with a household income below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). For those with incomes exceeding 250% FPL, a sliding scale fee structure is available. Insurance may be billed if applicable.
Who can use this
- Services are available to individuals with a household income below 250% FPL and are provided regardless of ability to pay, race, national origin, immigration status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or disability.
