About this resource
This initiative delivers breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostic services via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessment, education, and connecting individuals to medical care.
Intake Process: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Location: Situated off NE Stephens Street, directly across from Costco.
Cost: No fees are charged.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18-39 needing diagnostic services, those 40 and older requiring screenings, residents of Oregon, with household incomes at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level, and uninsured or underinsured individuals qualify. Men with breast cancer symptoms are also eligible for services, and U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for the ScreenWise program.
