About this resource
The Oregon Department of Education collaborates with local agencies to establish a statewide network of complimentary services for young children experiencing developmental delays and disabilities, along with their families. This includes: -Early Intervention (EI): Tailored services for children from birth to three years old, aimed at supporting parents in fostering their children's physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional, and adaptive growth; and -Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE): Specialized instruction for children aged 3 until they are eligible for public school, addressing areas such as communication, cognitive skills, social/emotional development, and adaptive skills.

Fees: There are no charges.
Who can use this
- Children from birth to school age with suspected developmental delays or disabilities qualify for free screening and evaluation, with those confirmed eligible for EI and ECSE services.
