Fees: There are no charges for services.
Who can use this
- For expungement, individuals must have no criminal charges in the U.S. or abroad, no convictions in the last 3 years, only one conviction in the past decade, and must not be on parole or probation. Other services require meeting income criteria, with a focus on assisting survivors of abuse or trauma and individuals with disabilities.
