Umpqua Community College's Adult Basic Skills Development program assists adults aiming to achieve their GED, boost their reading and math competencies, get ready for college or a job, and study English as a Second Language (ESL). The program offers classes for those who have completed their diploma or GED and wish to advance their foundational education skills.
