The Coordinated Entry System (CES) aids individuals in connecting with housing programs and support services. Assistance may encompass help with housing searches, rental or deposit aid, move-in expenses, and subsidized housing options. Additionally, CES can provide resources for food, healthcare, mental health, or substance use treatment, as well as guidance on applying for the Oregon Health Plan or similar programs. Availability of services is limited and varies based on current resources.

Who can use this
- -Low-income housing: Must adhere to income criteria -All other housing services: Must comply with income criteria and be homeless or at imminent risk of losing their housing. An eviction notice may be necessary. Certain services might have extra requirements.
