About this resource
This program provides up to four scheduled visits from a nurse to assist families with a newborn. It includes comprehensive health assessments, guidance on feeding and bathing, and support for new parents experiencing postpartum depression. Additionally, nurses facilitate connections to community resources to enhance the health of both parents and children.
Intake Procedure: Interested families can call, email, or visit the website to obtain information or arrange a visit if one was not scheduled during their hospital stay.
Travel/Location: The service is based in the old Rose School building.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
Who can use this
- Families, whether birth, adoptive, or resource, with a newborn aged 0-12 weeks.
