About this resource
This program delivers home visiting services aimed at ensuring healthy birth outcomes, fostering child development, and enhancing parenting abilities. It includes home visits, socialization opportunities, parenting education, goal-setting assistance, a support network, and chances for parents to connect with one another. Additionally, it offers center-based care for families who are employed.

Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals and families with children aged 0-3, particularly those with low incomes per Federal Poverty Level (FPL) guidelines. Children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance are eligible regardless of income. Families with higher incomes may qualify based on specific needs, but those with greater needs are given priority.
