Who can use this

  • Eligible participants include pregnant individuals and families with children aged 0-3, particularly those with low incomes per Federal Poverty Level (FPL) guidelines. Children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance are eligible regardless of income. Families with higher incomes may qualify based on specific needs, but those with greater needs are given priority.
