About this resource
The program offers support for electric, gas, and heating fuels such as propane, oil, pellets, and wood. Clients can receive reimbursement for wood and pellets up to a specified limit after purchase. There is limited help available for restoring services that have been disconnected. Payments are made directly to the utility providers based on the availability of funds.
Intake Procedure: -Schedule an appointment by calling or visiting the website -Appointments are necessary and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, up to 30 days in advance -Once applications are processed, applicants will receive a determination letter, and the utility company will be informed -Payments may take up to three billing cycles to appear on the account.

- All documents must be submitted with application: -Social Security cards for all household members -Proof of income for the previous month -Utility bills -Photo ID for all household members age 18 and older
