This program offers vaccinations for children and some adults, along with tuberculosis screenings. Flu (influenza) and COVID-19 vaccinations are available for both adults and children as they are released each season.

Travel/Location: Situated in west Sutherlin with convenient access to I-5.

Fees: Accepts OHP and a majority of private insurance plans, and provides sliding scale fees. No child will be denied vaccinations due to financial constraints.
