Services encompass annual exams (including gynecological assessments), management of both acute and chronic health issues, pregnancy tests, immunizations, sports physicals, mental health evaluations, and health screenings.
Intake Procedure: Contact us for details and to arrange an appointment. There is limited walk-in availability for urgent care.
Fees: We accept OHP, Medicare, and the majority of private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees are also offered.
