About this resource
Prenatal classes provide parents with the tools to feel assured and prepared for the birthing experience, which may help in decreasing the length of labor. Subjects covered include prenatal and postpartum nutrition, methods to alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, developing a birth plan, understanding labor stages, soothing a crying infant, and proper car seat installation.
