About this resource
This program provides breast or cervical cancer screenings and diagnostic services via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the cancer burden through early detection, risk assessment, education, and connecting individuals to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: No costs involved.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services as determined by a clinician, regardless of gender - Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services, regardless of gender - Must reside in or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the federal poverty level - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage.
