This program provides a variety of services aimed at older adults and individuals with disabilities, including assessments, case management, and the administration of SNAP (food stamps), Oregon Supplemental Income Program (OSIP), additional Medicaid initiatives, Medicare Savings Programs, and access to coordinated services and information.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in or call for further details. Certain programs may necessitate an in-person or phone interview appointment.
