This service looks into reports of abuse that may involve physical injury, financial exploitation, verbal or emotional mistreatment, forced isolation, wrongful restraint, unwanted sexual advances, caregiver abandonment, neglect of basic needs, or self-neglect in individuals who may not have the cognitive capacity to care for themselves, potentially resulting in harm.
Intake Procedure: You can call to report an incident or seek additional information.
Fees: There are no associated fees.

- Individuals aged 65 and older, or those 18 and older with physical or developmental disabilities or mental health issues.
