The offered services consist of routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental check-ups, blood pressure evaluations, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, standard lab tests, prescription medication management, along with health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.
Intake Procedure: Contact to schedule an appointment.
Travel/Location: Situated in the Bates Building.
Fees: Accepts OHP, certain private insurance plans, and has a sliding scale fee option available. No student will be denied services due to an inability to pay.
