About this resource
This program offers support to families with children who have developmental disabilities or are experiencing delays in their development. The services provided include home visits, parent-toddler groups, structured classes, direct therapy, assistance in creating an Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP), and access to community resources.
Intake Process: Interested individuals should call for more information. Referrals can be made by the child's family or other professionals involved in the child's care.
Cost: There are no fees associated with these services.
Who can use this
- Children from birth to kindergarten age (0-5) who show significant developmental delays in one or more areas or meet the eligibility criteria for disabilities in specified categories.
