About this resource
This program delivers in-home care services that encompass housekeeping, personal assistance, laundry, shopping, transportation, and meal preparation and delivery. Registered nursing services include one-time or periodic assessments, service planning, medication monitoring, and training for providers. Additionally, case management and options counseling are available to aid individuals in making informed decisions about services based on their strengths, needs, and preferences. The number of service hours provided varies based on assessed needs and available funding, typically ranging from 5 to 20 hours per month. Importantly, benefits are not subject to estate recovery.
