About this resource
This initiative provides a temporary housing intervention for low-income veterans and their families who are either homeless or at significant risk of homelessness. Eligible veterans and their families can receive housing assistance through case management. Support may encompass move-in or rental aid, eviction prevention, benefits guidance, employment and educational resources, legal assistance regarding housing issues, and other costs that promote stable housing. Participants must be open to collaborating with a caseworker and may need to maintain sobriety. Availability of assistance is contingent on funding.
