About this resource
This initiative provides a temporary housing intervention for low-income veterans and their families who are either homeless or at high risk of becoming homeless. Eligible individuals can receive housing support through case management, which may include services such as move-in or rental assistance, eviction prevention, benefits support, employment and educational services, legal aid addressing housing issues, and help with other costs that contribute to stable housing. Participants must be willing to collaborate with a caseworker and may need to maintain sobriety. The availability of assistance is subject to funding.
Intake Process: Schedule an appointment by phone or visit in person.

Who can use this
- Eligible veterans and their families must be homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness, have an income at or below 50% of the Area Median Income, and possess a discharge status other than 'Dishonorable,' with the veteran present in the household.
