About this resource
This initiative provides confidential case management for individuals diagnosed with HIV and AIDS. It includes services such as HIV testing, financial assistance for medications, transportation support for medical appointments, help with insurance premiums, transitional housing, rent assistance, dental care, education on disease management, and referrals to other organizations for basic necessities, job placement, and substance abuse treatment.
Intake Procedure: Contact us to arrange an intake appointment.
Fees: No charges apply.
