This program offers immunizations for children and some adults, including seasonal flu and COVID-19 vaccines as they become available. Additionally, it checks vaccine records in the Oregon database to inform you or your child about any due vaccinations.
Intake Procedure: Contact for details and to arrange an appointment.
Fees: Accepts OHP and most private insurance, with sliding scale fees available for uninsured patients. No child will be refused service due to inability to pay.
