Who can use this

  • Applicants must fulfill the following requirements: -Be 21 years old or younger -Be eligible for free public education up to grade 12 and not have graduated or received a GED -Have relocated in the last 36 months due to economic necessity between residences and school districts or to join a parent, guardian, or spouse who is a migratory agricultural worker or fisher -Have participated in new qualifying temporary or seasonal work in agriculture or fishing within 60 days of the move -Have had employment lasting less than 12 months in agricultural or fishing sectors.
