About this resource
This initiative provides access to breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostic services via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessments, education, and connections to medical care.

Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screenings and/or diagnostic services -Residents or those planning to reside in Oregon -Household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a prerequisite for the ScreenWise program.
