One Community Health

The services provided include routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, screenings for vision, dental health, and blood pressure, immunizations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health care, routine laboratory tests, management of prescription medications, as well as education and promotion of health, fitness, and nutrition.

Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.

Fees: Costs vary depending on the service. The clinic accepts OHP and private insurance, and offers sliding scale fees. Students will not be denied services due to inability to pay.
