About this resource

This program offers screenings and diagnostics for breast and cervical cancer through a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lower the cancer burden by promoting early detection, risk assessment, education, and connecting individuals to medical treatment.

Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.

Fees: No costs involved.

Who can use this

  • -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 or older needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services -Residents or those intending to reside in Oregon -Household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer can access breast and genetic services. Citizenship in the United States is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
