About this resource

The Oregon ContraceptiveCare Program (CCare) provides sexual health and contraceptive services designed to meet your personal needs. CCare staff will assist you in selecting a contraceptive method that suits your body and lifestyle. Available services may include an annual examination, education and counseling on birth control, as well as sexual health guidance.

Intake Procedure: Contact us for details and to arrange an appointment.

Fees: No charges apply.

Who can use this

  • To qualify, you must be an Oregon resident and a US citizen or lawful permanent resident for at least 5 years, with a household income below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. Teens under 20 may be eligible based on their own income, even if they seek confidential services.

  • Proof of citizenship, proof of address, proof of income
