About this resource

This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessments, educational resources, and connections to medical care.

Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.

Fees: No charges apply.

Who can use this

  • -Individuals aged 18-39 needing diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer (as assessed by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above requiring screening and/or diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer -Residents or those planning to reside in Oregon -Household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age showing breast cancer symptoms qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a prerequisite for participation in the ScreenWise program.
