The services offered include routine physical exams and sports physicals, management of illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing tests, dental screenings, blood pressure checks, immunizations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health care, routine laboratory tests, prescription medication management, along with health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Fees: Accepts OHP and select private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees are available, and no student will be denied service due to inability to pay.
