The services provided include regular physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, screenings for vision and hearing, dental assessments, blood pressure checks, vaccinations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, routine laboratory tests, prescription medication management, and educational initiatives focused on health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Fees: Accepts OHP and various private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees are available, and students will not be denied services due to inability to pay.
