The services offered include routine physical examinations and sports physicals, care for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental check-ups, blood pressure evaluations, vaccinations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, regular lab tests, prescription medication management, as well as education and promotion of health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Please call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: The facility accepts OHP, various private insurance plans, and offers sliding scale fees. No student will be denied services due to inability to pay.
