About this resource
The offerings include regular physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental screenings, blood pressure checks, immunizations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health care, routine laboratory tests, prescription medication management, along with health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.
Intake Procedure: Appointments can be made by calling.
Fees: The service accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP), certain private insurances, and offers a sliding scale for fees. No student will be denied service due to inability to pay.

- All children aged 0-18.
