About this resource
The services offered cover routine physical examinations and sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental check-ups, blood pressure monitoring, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, standard lab tests, prescription medication management, along with health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Fees: Accepts OHP and select private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees are available, and students will not be refused service due to inability to pay.
Who can use this
- All enrolled students can access services, and siblings of these students may receive acute care.

- Insurance information, if applicable. Income information for those applying for sliding scale fees.
