The services offered include routine physical examinations and sports physicals, management of illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental check-ups, blood pressure evaluations, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, standard lab testing, prescription medication management, along with health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Fees: Accepts OHP and certain private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees are available, and no student will be denied service due to an inability to pay.
