This HUD-certified counseling agency offers a variety of programs aimed at educating homebuyers and providing foreclosure intervention assistance. Their online education initiative covers the fundamentals of buying your first home and guides participants on how to locate affordable mortgage loans and down payment assistance options. The eHomeAmerica program includes a personalized pre-purchase counseling session with a certified homeownership counselor at ACCESS. The 'Realizing the American Dream' course covers essential information about home purchasing and details on affordable mortgage loans along with down payment and closing cost support. Classes are available quarterly at Rogue Community College locations in Grants Pass and Medford.
