About this resource
This initiative aids individuals dealing with mental health challenges by providing a range of support services such as advocacy, help with navigating public services, meals, and employment assistance. It also includes educational support through tutoring and assistance in accessing community educational resources, utilizing the Clubhouse Model of rehabilitation. Membership is voluntary and has no time constraints.
Intake Process: -Visit in person for a tour or to obtain a referral form -Referral forms can also be acquired through most therapists or case managers -If unable to collect a referral form in person, you can call to receive one via email or fax.
Location: Situated at the intersection of 6th and Ivy. From RVTD Station, head down Front Street towards 6th, then take a left on 6th and continue to Ivy.
Cost: Most services are free, with meals available for $1.50.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and older with a diagnosed mental illness and a referral from a healthcare provider.
