Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone. A worksheet for services (excluding reverse mortgage counseling) can be found on the website or requested via phone.
Travel/Location: Located on Crater Lake Avenue between Stevens and McAndrews in the Cedar Mall.
Fees: No charge for credit or debt counseling, but a fee may be applicable for other services.
Who can use this
- Open to all, but for reverse mortgage counseling, the homeowner must be at least 62 years old and have significant equity in their property.
