Intake Process: For outpatient services, individuals can walk in or call for additional details. For partial hospitalization or day treatment, a referral is required.
Location: Situated in the downtown area, directly across from Alba Park, at the intersection with Holly. Accessible via bus route 25.
Costs: Accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and private insurance, with sliding scale fees available for those without insurance.
