The services provided include the exchange of used points for new points, access to wound care and safer sex supplies, risk reduction counseling, and referrals to various medical services, such as screenings for sexually transmitted diseases, HIV testing, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, medication-assisted treatment, and naloxone distribution.

- Individuals aged 18 and older who use intravenous drugs, with no eligibility requirements for HIV testing.
