About this resource

This initiative offers support to pregnant individuals from the early stages of pregnancy until their child reaches the age of two, linking new parents with specially trained nurses who provide guidance, advice, and access to resources. The nurses conduct health and developmental assessments to detect any potential issues related to growth, hearing, social-emotional development, oral health, and more. Additionally, the program provides assistance with breastfeeding, parenting support, and general education on parenting.
