The initiative focuses on recruiting, selecting, and training treatment foster parents (TFP) from the local area, connecting them with youth who require a therapeutic foster home environment. Additionally, it offers Behavior Rehabilitation Services (BRS) for youth who qualify based on referral criteria and are paired with an available TFP.
