About this resource

This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostic services through a network of healthcare providers. It aims to alleviate the impact of cancer by promoting early detection, risk assessment, education, and connecting individuals to necessary medical care.

Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment via phone.

Travel/Location: Accessible via the Rogue Valley Transportation District bus stop close to the clinic.

Fees: There are no charges for services.

Who can use this

  • - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) of any gender - Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services of any gender - Must reside in or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance to meet their needs.
