About this resource
This program provides comprehensive residential support for young mothers who are either pregnant or parenting, along with their children. It offers training in life skills and facilitates access to vital services. Residents receive assistance in applying for TANF, OHP, SNAP (food stamps), and other necessary resources. All necessary furnishings, including bedding, are supplied. Additionally, clothing donations are available for residents and their children.

Transportation: The Rogue Valley Transit District public bus operates hourly and is located 0.25 miles from the residence. A public school bus also transports high school residents from the facility. The location is conveniently situated 5-10 minutes from I-5.
Fees: For residents receiving TANF or other income, there is a potential monthly contribution of up to $140, along with a share of up to half of the SNAP benefit amount.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants are females aged 14-24 who are pregnant and/or parenting, and they must be engaged in education or employment. They can remain as long as they adhere to the home's guidelines, and those opting for adoption may stay for an additional six months post-adoption. Mothers under DHS Child Welfare supervision are also accepted.
Documents you may need
- Contract and release agreement signed by resident, parent, or legal guardian; and clearance for lice, scabies, HIV, and hepatitis (the agency can help set up an appointment). Other admissions papers completed by resident during intake.
